Senior / Process Technician

We are now hiringSenior / Process Techniciansto be placed across Plexus Sites
Job Responsibilities:
. Supports production in the resolution of process issues.
. Supports Process Engineering with process and equipment qualifications, process evaluation, and process improvements.
. Fabricates and maintains manufacturing jigs / fixtures.
. Performs daily set-up of Back-of-Line equipment, wave-soldering machine and aqueous cleaner.
. Performs set-up and layout of manual assembly lines
. Performs routine preventive maintenance of wave soldering machine and Back-of-Line equipment.
. Compiles and analyzes statistical data for critical processes.
. Creates profile boards and sets up profile parameters for wave soldering and re-flow machines.
. Has the authority to make decisions and take proper action in support of production processes quality and yield.
. Any additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
. Technical diploma preferably with SMT/HLA/Rework experience or equivalent
. Candidate with hardware assembly/final assembly (soldering iron skill) in PCBA assembly process is an added advantage.
. Candidate with Rework experience is highly encourage to apply
. Able to work shifts
