What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, planning, and iteration of CoinW's copy trading products, covering trading, management, performance display, and matching modules.
- Define product direction, design features, and enhance user experience based on user needs, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate across R&D, design, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.
- Monitor compliance and security requirements to ensure safe and regulatory-aligned operations.
- Track post-launch performance and user feedback, continuously optimizing features and interactions.
- Support strategy trader recruitment, content development, and user growth in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of product experience in Internet or fintech, ideally in spot trading, derivatives, copy trading, advisory platforms, or stock trading.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading and understanding of both strategy traders and retail investors core needs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from user data and rapidly iterate product solutions.
- Strong cross-team communication and project management skills; capable of independently leading product development from 01 or 1N.
- Proficient in English and Chinese; experience with international products is a plus.
