What You'll Own
- End-to-end ownership of PropW's Web, App, and backend product lifecycle
- Product planning and continuous iteration based on trader behavior, data, and business goals
- Clear product design across workflows, rules, and interaction logic, balancing usability with risk control
- Deep collaboration with Trading, Risk, Engineering, Operations, and Growth teams
- Data-driven optimization focused on trading volume, profitability, and user retention
What Success Looks Like (First 3-6 Months)
- A clear, executable product roadmap aligned with trading and risk teams
- Improved product clarity for traders and internal stakeholders
- Faster iteration cycles from requirement to release
- Measurable improvement in core metrics such as engagement, retention, or trading efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 3+ years of product management experience across Web2/Web3 trading products
- Strong understanding of proprietary trading models, derivatives, and exchange mechanics
- Experience designing or scaling Prop Trading platforms is a strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with strong logical and systems thinking
- Excellent cross-functional communication and execution skills
- Proficient in English for cross-regional collaboration
