Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
- To manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
- To attend team meetings, to discuss about production status and on-going issues
- To work with production team and to ensure cost-effectiveness, high quality and timely delivery of products
- To establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for production employees
- To recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity
- To work closely with managers and maintenance department to analyse job orders and develop production tasks and schedules
- To plan and assign daily job duties to production employees
- To recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency
- To provide training to all production employees to meet production goals
- To investigate problems, analyse root causes and define resolutions
- To ensure that final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
To maintain complete discipline in the working area
Job Requirements
Job Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Process/Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or related fields, preferably with a minimum of three (3) years related working experience/technical skills in the palm oil or food manufacturing industry. Possessing Repairs/Maintenance knowledge/skills will be an added advantage.
- Candidates without a Diploma or Degree but have extensive years of working experience in the field of Production/Manufacturing Process are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO Quality Management System and Procedure.
- Good production data analyzing skills.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and exercise independent judgment.
