Lead and oversee engineering activities related to Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical systems for Oil & Gas upstream projects.
Manage the design, development, installation, and maintenance of equipment and systems within the respective engineering discipline.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met within the designated time frame and budget.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on upstream oil and gas processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Implement Asset Management Systems and Reliability Management Processes including SCE, PS, ECA, FMEA, BAM, and ERS.
Conduct risk assessments, failure mode analysis, and reliability assessments to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare and review engineering documents, reports, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Perform offshore assignments when required, ensuring all tasks comply with project safety and performance requirements.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in a related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical).
Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in Oil & Gas upstream, with at least 4 years in a senior engineering position related to the specific scope.
Knowledge of typical upstream oil & gas processes and maintenance operations.
Familiarity with Asset Management Systems and Reliability Management Processes including SCE, PS, ECA, FMEA, BAM, and ERS.
Fit for offshore work, with a valid medical certificate.
