Task Description: Task Description: 1. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations at the BIT level.
2. Business Process Mapping: Skill in identifying how IT solutions impact end-to-end business workflows.
3. Agile Leadership: Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies with high engagement and discipline.
4. Analytical Problem Solving: A self-starter mindset capable of navigating ambiguity without constant supervision.
5. Update roadmap and maintain visibility of items on the critical paths.
Raise risks and follow-up with respective teams.
6. Ensure transparency of risks, and actions between all parties, including business team.
7. Assist in preparation of the decks for the steering committee.
