Description
We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer with 8-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity governance and administration, with in-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will be responsible for designing and implementing SailPoint solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with identity management policies. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint Identity Governance solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with various enterprise applications and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security across identity governance processes.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of the SailPoint platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Provide training and support to junior developers and other team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in identity management or related IT fields, with a focus on SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, and other scripting languages for SailPoint customizations.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in developing and implementing identity workflows, policies, and access certification campaigns.
- Experience with integration of SailPoint with various third-party applications and platforms.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
