Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and client visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and logistics customers to grow revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotation preparation to negotiation and account management.
- Work independently to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outdoor sales within logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
- A self-motivated and independent individual who is comfortable managing client relationships and driving sales with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with Mandarin proficiency being an added advantage.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Possesses a valid driving licence and is willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
