Senior SAP EWM Consultant

About the Role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Supply Chain & Engineering practice and help organizations transform warehouse and logistics operations through SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will work with global clients to design, implement, and optimize warehouse solutions that improve operational efficiency, supply chain resilience, and business performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP EWM solutions while contributing to innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and support solution design, gap analysis, and business process optimization for SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded and Decentralized).

• Participate in solution configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.

• Support the design and implementation of warehouse management solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Analyze client supply chain and warehousing challenges and recommend effective SAP S/4HANA-based solutions.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives, process improvements, and reusable solution assets.

• Support the development of points of view (POVs), industry insights, and innovative approaches related to SAP-led transformations.

• Work effectively within multicultural and globally distributed project environments.

Required Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP consulting, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain transformation.

• Functional experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM with a minimum of two end-to-end implementation projects.

• Experience supporting design workshops, system configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management processes.

• Ability to identify business challenges and recommend effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel as required for project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global clients and international project teams.

• Knowledge of SAP-integrated warehouse automation technologies.

• SAP EWM and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

• Experience contributing to thought leadership, knowledge assets, or innovation initiatives.

• Exposure to large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
