Senior SAP OTC Consultant - SD Module

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP SD & Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns.
• Analyze and optimize OTC business processes for improved efficiency and automation.
• Ensure integration with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and PS modules.
• Provide functional support, user training, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvements using SAP S/4HANA, Advanced ATP, SAP BRIM, and Fiori (preferred).

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of SAP SD/OTC implementation and support experience.
• Strong expertise in Pricing, Copy Controls, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
• End-to-end project experience from implementation to post-go-live support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) or Manufacturing.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP BRIM, Advanced ATP, and SAP Fiori.
• SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
