Senior Software Engineer

Experience and knowledge:

Strong experience in building microservices and api's using node.js

Experience working with RESTful APIs

Strong experience and knowledge of TypeScript

Experience working with ExpressJs and NestJS frameworks

Experience in designing and building databases that support microservices with technologies such as SQL Servers, Mongo DB as well as implementing caching with tools such as Redis.

Experience in working with cloud technologies, Azure is preferred

Exposure to security technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenId Connect, key vaults

Working with gitflow processes for code management and code reviews

Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes Skills and attributes:

Deep understanding of common design patterns for microservices development.

Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with a scrum ceremonies and devops culture. Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops.

Excellent self-learner with high aptitude to acquire and master new technology & skills.

Ability to evaluate and challenge functional and technical requirements and design.

5+ years experience for a senior software engineer role that will include technical.

leadership, contribution to centre of excellence, mentoring, code reviews.
