Job Title -Senior Support Engineer, Oracle Retail

Job Description -

The role of the Senior Support Engineer, Oracle Retail(Techno-Functional) is to provide exceptional ON DEMAND remote-based support for mission-critical ORACLE applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, supporting of multiple Client Architectures, for our global clients Oracle environments.

Mandatory Modules Experience

• Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS)

This is an On Demand (OD) role, independent contractors or those with capacity in their existing work that permits undertaking sporadic support cases. There are no guaranteed minimum hours.

Must have 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail implementations across multiple modules withinRPAS suite involving installation, setup, administering, and supporting the products.Strong technical knowledge of all database and middleware used for the MOM suite of applications.

Experience required in following:

Oracle Databases

Weblogic Server for Retail applications

Advanced Queuing via Java Message Service (JMS)

Oracle Forms and PL/SQL knowledge

Oracle Reports

Java

Additional modules Preferred:

Retail Integration Bus (RIB),

Store Inventory Management (SIM),

Allocation,

Retail Price Management (RPM),

Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM),

Retail Sales Audit (ReSA),

Retail Warehouse Management Systems (RWMS)

Additional experience desired:

Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF)

Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
