Job Description


Strong English & Mandarin Communication and inter-personal skills.
Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting.
Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills


Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases Mandatory
Flexible to work
