THE ROLE

Position: Service Operations Technician

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a service operations technician to join our expanding team. You'll be central to our operations and client success, managing warehouse operations, on-site installations, system maintenance, and client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management & Quality Control:

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including product inventory and stock levels (raw materials, canisters, finished goods)

• Execute on-site service work at client locations, including installation, inspection, and maintenance of air diffuser systems

• Ensure all products and service methods meet quality standards and comply with local safety regulations

• Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain compliance across all operations

Client Support & Service Excellence:

• Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and technical support

• Build strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service

• Track and manage service agreements to ensure timely maintenance and fulfillment of contractual obligations

• Ensure consistent, professional service delivery across all client sites

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Skills:

• 1+ years of proven experience in service, logistics, operations management, or team leadership

• Strong hands-on leadership with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Positive attitude with willingness to continuously learn and improve processes

Requirements:

• Valid Malaysian driving license (manual or automatic)

• Own 4-wheel vehicle (mandatory requirement)

• GDL license is a plus

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu (mandatory)

• Physical capability to climb ladders and perform maintenance work on-site

• Ability to carry loads up to 25kg

Desired (Not Required):

• Experience in hotel, retail, or commercial building operations

• Knowledge of HVAC/ventilation systems (AHU systems)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: Up to RM2,500 per month

• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
