ServiceNow ITSM Consultant (with SAM & Flexera)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Flexera implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow ITSM solutions, along with proven experience in SAM processes and integration with Flexera

Required Skills & Experience:

• 810 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
• Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation, preferably SAM Pro.
• Strong exposure to Flexera implementation and integration.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM / SAM
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher
• Flexera-related certifications (nice to have)
