Job Description

• To record the good received in SAP system once user confirmed receipt for those plants without warehouse.
• Activity to support ST worldwide.
• Need to reconcile between supplier documents (i.e. delivery note or invoice or pro-forma invoice) and Purchase order.
• Will use translator to assist the task as some of the documents are in foreign language. It require to insert Chinese character during posting in SAP for China request.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shared Service Finance
• Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge will be in advance
• Degree in finance related i.e. accounting, business
• Need to read and write in Chinese
