- Overall Maintenance Operation
- To manage and supervise a team of Supervisor & Fitters.
- To ensure the (Maintenance System, CAM Capital Asset Management) runs smoothly.
- To Monitor and Supervise the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM ) and Condition Monitoring (CM) on various machinery (Increase machine life) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
• To supervise and carry out Breakdown Maintenance (BDM ). Down Time Analysis and plan for improvements.
- To set up and upgrade the Mechanical Maintenances standard procedures.
- To in charge maintenance jobs on the Jetty and Silo Facility.
- Man hour monitoring & Utilization (Ensure the duty roster, maintenance schedule been carried out efficiently)
- To update the monthly maintenance report or maintenance cost.
- To design and supervise Silo & Jetty upgrading in project fabrication, Equipments Installation and modification jobs.
- To ensure all the outstanding work or project runs smoothly.
- To ensure the entire task with continuous to be completed on time.
- To ensure the entire task is of high quality in order accurate & reliable.
- To manage and liaise with contractors and sub-contractors on the project assignments.
- To update the project or outstanding work report & its cost for history.
- To motivate staffs in term of leadership skill, technical skill, communication skill & personal matters
- To assist Purchasing Dept in Contact supplier for the machinery spare parts.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
