Primary Objective:
  1. Responsible for achieving sales revenue for primary bonds deals
  2. Ensure quality advisory services and assistances to clients in debt raising activities
  3. Update market development and movements to clients on timely basis
  4. Ensure smooth operations of the primary debt transactions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide recommendation on pricing, market colour and window of issuance to Debt Capital Markets and Issuers to minimize execution risk
  • Plan, organize marketing and execute primary deals based on various modes of issuance
  • Working closely with Fixed Income Sales and DCM to deliver best solutions for clients while achieving the target revenue and achieve best execution on primary deals
  • Ensure highest standard of client service level is maintained at all times
  • Review Credit Application papers to be presented to GCC/BCC on Distribution Strategies and facilitate Group Treasury final take up for AFS & HFT investments
  • Maintain existing and build new relationships with institutional clients as well as bond issuers.
  • Participate in Pricing Committee meetings and provide up-to-date market information to issuers of new deals for the Syndication.
  • Work closely with other desks of RHB Bank for cross-selling opportunities
  • Train and coach team members to sell and promote treasury products internally and externally

Maintain proper safe keeping of records on primary deals executed by RHB Debt Syndicate for Audit and Compliance purposes

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

More than 5 years experience in dealing Fixed Income securities

  • Strong understanding of treasury products.
  • Good analytical and relationship building skills.
  • Good communications and presentation skills.
  • Practical experience in Treasury Sales.

Good marketing approach, especially to Institutional clients.
