Role Overview

ParagonCorp Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Content Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic content plans, executing digital campaigns, and driving brand engagement across social media, SEO, and CRM platforms. This role requires strong creativity, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital trends to ensure brand consistency and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Manage Editorial Content Plans

  • Create and maintain detailed monthly and weekly content calendars for all social media channels and the corporate website.
  • Ensure all content aligns seamlessly with brand campaigns, marketing objectives, and messaging strategies.

2. Execute and Manage Digital Campaigns

  • Lead the execution of content and marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and CRM platforms.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

3. Monitor, Analyze, and Optimize Performance

  • Utilize digital analytics tools and social listening platforms to monitor the performance of owned media assets.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to drive higher engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

4. Drive Innovation and Stay Ahead of Trends

  • Keep abreast of emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation, management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and SEO/CRM integration.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for visual design, brand aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to optimize campaign performance.
