Software Application Developer

1.Responsible for the successful delivery of the project on-time, on budget and with required quality output that meets business requirement.
2.Establish and manage the project scope, schedule, budget, resources, project risk and issues and deliverables as per project management processes.
3.Monitor / control project progress against plan, provide weekly update to Project Committee.
4.To maintain and provide support to all users including troubleshooting.
5.Provide effective leadership and steer to the project working team.
6.Develop team member's skills and experience and ensure they are aware of the deliverables and service levels.
7.Manage and track all project interdependency tasks and activities.
8.Manage relationship with customers, partners to ensure on-time delivery.
9.Provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates (if any).
10.Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
1.Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or its equivalent.
2.Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in IT support especially in 24/7 operation environment.
3.Project management experience preferably with relevant PM skills.
