Design, develop, test, debug and implementation of applications to satisfy business requirements of projects (mobile & desktop websites).
Provide technical consultation to Project IT Manager for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
Analysis and translation of complex business requirements into technical requirements for development, and creation of high-level technical architecture, design documents and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards
Able to do scoping of work and provide estimation
Research and evaluation of alternative solutions, and recommend implementations
Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks
Ensure the expected application performance levels are achieved
Perform code reviews and testing
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent time-management skills
Job Requirements
Required Languages: English and/or Mandarin speaking is a plus( as candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients).
Proficiency in Mandarin speaking is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

At least 1 years of working experience in HTML, JavaScript, Angular, C#, or Typescript, REST API, Bootstrap and CSS

Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on work experiences.
Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database (SQL Server, Redis), API, caching layer, and other web services used in the system
Proven experience on implementing front-end and/or back-end applications.
Basic understanding of Agile methodology Scrum
Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
Someone who is able to contribute technical expertise to the team knowledge.
