Responsibilities:
Participate in custom enterprise application development and maintenance for large corporations both within Asia and worldwide.
- Perform System Analysis, Design, Testing and Documentation whenever necessary.
- Develop and perform Unit Testing and System Integration job.
- Maintain and support project post-implementation activities.
- Provide off-office hours production support if required.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Document all system amendment and perform peer reviews among team members.
- Support any other IT assignments needed for a successful roll-out.
- Ensure that all processes and deliverables are in accordance to Customer SOP and
- policies, including but not limited to Software Development Life Cycle and Customer IT Security Policies.
- Act as Life/Asia consultant for company and provide solutioning for Life/Asia.
- Provide project management support to lead project when required.
- Plan and conduct Life/Asia training and guidance to relevant teams.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience:
- At least 3 5 years of relevant working experience in software application development with Life Insurance domain.
- Good knowledge of Life/400, LifeAsia, Integral Life, SMART 400, Cobol.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Possess at least a Degree in IT or equivalent.
