This includes gathering and analyzing customers financial and operational requirements, configuring the system to meet business expectations, and collaborating closely with developers on customization needs. The role also involves leading project review sessions with clients, delivering end-user training, and ensuring successful system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs, identify challenges, and suggest tailored solutions.
- Gain the trust of your customers through consistent communication and understanding of their needs.
- Implement the agreed solutions through configuration and send a detailed development request to the development team.
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment with customer objectives.
- Enhance your customer's knowledge and enable them to optimize the use of the system.
- Closely follow the project, maintaining transparency about its status and ongoing tasks.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Organize and follow up on project implementations, ensuring they fulfil customer requirements and are aligned with project goals.
- Able to maintain accurate accounting records for payable, receivable and general ledger.
- Able to prepare all financial statements on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Reconcile bank statements and able to resolve any discrepancies.
- Able to comply with tax laws.
- Prepare and monitor budgets.
- Able to handle audits and provide all requirements for year-end reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years experience in similar role.
- Have very good experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Able to learn and deal with any accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
