The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (I) role will be responsible for providing end-to-end user/ business support for testing and quality assurance of the solution during project delivery. The QA is expected to:
Test requirement analysis, test case writing, and test report output to ensure test quality.
To provide end-to-end user/ business support for the solution and application in project delivery. To assist and execute test cases for new application requirements.
To troubleshoot and analyze application issues.
To manage and deploy application fixes/version releases into various test environments.
To perform the testing and quality assurance tasks and test independently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 Years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Experience with ERP systems, digital applications, and mobile applications.
Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage.
Understand the basic concepts of Unix, Linux, programming, database and SQL.
Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
Can-do attitude.s
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English
The ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantage but not a must.
Good understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
