Job Description

Job Description:

  • Update daily trackers for first / middle / last mile operational functions in Shopee Xpress
  • Monitor, track and check daily activities and utilization levels against the targeted number
  • Provide information to stakeholders about daily tracker performance or whenever is required
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in Shopee Xpress
  • Coordinate operations performance result with respective functional PIC
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements
  • Maintain updated records for all operations trackers
  • Oversee the performance level and highlight to relevant stakeholders whenever the target is not achieved
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as per requested by the department head/reporting line


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred
  • Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Working location is within Klang Valley or Non-Klang Valley region
