Sourcing Specialist

You'll need to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers and have a deep understanding of the bank's procurement needs. You'll need to be able to analyze complex data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop effective procurement strategies without compromising risk and meet the bank's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the bank's objectives without compromising risk
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Analyze problem statement and initiate new way of doing things
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, collaborate with Legal Department
• Implement procurement policies and procedures
• Driving Cross-border Collaboration with other teams to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with the bank's overall strategy inclusive of ESG

Requirement

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance or supply chain management
• At least 8 years of experience in a sourcing or procurement or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and strong skills in complex negotiations, data-driven decision-making and cost optimization are essential.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
