What would you do

  • Establish post-deployment monitoring mechanisms to assess the performance of implemented solutions.
  • Conduct user feedback sessions and system performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Address post-deployment issues, ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the mobility project, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms to support effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and external parties to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee the evaluation and implementation of mobility solutions, ensuring functional, technical, operational, and business requirements are adequately addressed.
  • Facilitate decision-making by coordinating project discussions, analysing project impacts, and providing recommendations on delivery approaches, priorities, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution to minimise impacts on project deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure all project documentation, including project charters, requirements, plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, and implementation plans, is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage system integration, testing, user acceptance activities, deployment planning, and transition to business operations to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates, key milestones, risks, and recommendations to project sponsors, management, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support adoption and operational readiness.
  • Address post-deployment issues, ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity
  • Perform any other project-related duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by TNGSB from time to time

Who should join us

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in business and technology domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience in end-to-end project life cycle – scope, timeline and cost planning; mobilization, initiating, monitoring and control, deployment and closing.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work across various business domains and locations.
  • High level of adaptability to organizational changes and requirements.
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
