About the Role

As a Promotion Operations Specialist, you will analyze daily operations, trading activity, and market trends to support and optimize promotion strategies. You will provide actionable advice for clients and contribute to developing tools, reports, and processes that enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze betting patterns, market trends, and performance metrics
• Prepare reports on sportsbook performance, customer activity, and financial results
• Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and loyalty initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, sports markets, and regulatory developments
• Provide recommendations for product improvements and platform features
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational performance and customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong experience in sportsbook operations and sports analytics
• Experience managing and optimizing feed usage processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Good knowledge of major sports leagues, tournaments, and events
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
