- To execute task as assigned by Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer/ Supplier Quality Assistant Manager / Supplier Quality Manager. To assist SQE in all supplier quality related issue.
- To perform FAI or to execute inspection as per customer specific requirement.
- To generate supplier performance report monthly.
- To review JPPAP and to create Component Inspection Sheet.
To follow up and verify supplier screening result.
- Ensure that all non-conforming materials held in Receiving Inspection are released to stock or production floor in a timely manner. Provide feedback of issues encountered to SQE.
- Evaluate component failure rates from production line, collect samples and initiate Failure analysis to drive continuous improvement activity to component manufacturers.
- To communicate with supplier on Quality issues
- To follow up on supplier 8d/RCCA
- To train Technician, SDL & Operator on the quality requirements.
- To Coordinate supplier screening & RMA return.
