Staff Engineer, Backend Engineering.
Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia
This position will be located at Krubong, Melaka in a vibrant industrial area. You will experience different exciting local cultures in this historical state.
What You Will Be Doing
- To establish a standard Process Control Engineering methodology among the backend facilities.
- To set up the platform for backend Process Engineering skills development.
- To support backend operation entities on improvement activities of quality, yield, efficiency, cost.
- To facilitate the benchmarking process across factories and subcon and drive to eliminate critical defect in MRB and CCAR.
What You Will Bring Along
- Strong knowledge of materials, equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese.
