Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care to fertility patients.
- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals in fertility-related procedures and treatments.
- Monitor patients conditions and respond appropriately to their healthcare needs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Address patient enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives.
- Support the orientation and guidance of new nursing staff when required.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in fertility, IVF, women's health, obstetrics & gynaecology, or related clinical settings.
- Fresh graduates with post-basic qualifications relevant to fertility or reproductive health are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
