Job Description

- Manage a team of store staffs to drive the business.

- Coach and build up the team's skills and professionalism.
- Organize and delegate the staffs in a way that is efficient and most productive.
- Set sales targets and business goals.
- Keep up with the evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Ensure all product categories are adequately featured and sold through proper visual merchandising strategies and promotional events.
- Build loyal customer following through follow-ups and long term relationship building.
- Strive to deliver top notch customer shopping experience.
- Monitor staff's discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Operation expense control, protection of store assets, and inventory planning.
- Periodical report to HQ management on the store's performance.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10years in a retail leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
- Passion for fashion and good understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Strong business leadership.
- Experience in storeopening is greatlyappreciated.
