JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee procurement for specific categories of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Manage the full procurement cycle — RFPs, contract negotiation, and supplier performance monitoring
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with business needs
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through process improvement and supplier consolidation
• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and GxP regulatory standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, ideally within regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder influencing skills
• Proven track record in cost savings, contract coverage, risk mitigation, and cross-site leverage
