About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our Supply Chain & Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to inventory management, fulfillment operations, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced

omnichannel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation across warehouses.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Prepare operational reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and operational planning.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Supply Chain team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
  • Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship duration of at least 3 months (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
