Job Description
They are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing their supply chain operations to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of high-quality products to their customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and support business growth.
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, sales, and finance, to coordinate activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the supply chain.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive individual and team success.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles, preferably in the creative agency/manufacturing.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
