Are you passionate about quality management, sustainability, and corporate governance Eskayvie is looking for a Sustainability Executive to drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between operational excellence and corporate responsibility, ensuring international compliance while driving our long-term sustainability and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- ISO & Compliance Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS and SIRIM 55 ESG, and act as the Document Control Coordinator (DCC).
- Documentation & Records: Review, revise, and control documentation to ensure consistency, traceability, and adherence to QMS procedures.
- Audits & Reviews: Support internal audits, track non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and assist in Management Review Meetings.
- Process Improvement: Map and review internal processes, contribute to SOP development, and identify operational inefficiencies.
- ESG Monitoring & Reporting: Collect, monitor, and analyze ESG metrics (carbon footprint, energy use, community impact) and assist in report preparation.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability and governance activities (e.g., recycling, ethical sourcing) and coordinate cross-departmental ESG practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies while representing the department in working groups.
- Administration & Project Support: Manage documentation in shared systems, track action plans, and support special projects and ad hoc initiatives.
- Leadership & Brand Support: Lead working groups, guide teams on compliance deadlines, and collaborate with marketing to showcase Eskayvie's commitment to quality and sustainability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting or related fields
- Professional certifications or training in sustainability and ESG practices will be an added advantage
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful and passionate about sustainability and ESG initiatives
