Key Responsibilities:
M365 System Administration
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams
- Windows 365
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and governance within the M365 ecosystem.
- Perform system health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide end-user support and training for M365-related issues.
Project Management
- Lead or participate in IT projects related to system integration, tool implementation, and patch management improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Network and Server Support
- Provide basic support for network and server-related issues.
- Assist with the setup, deployment, and management of servers in collaboration with the cloud team.
Collaboration with Cloud Team
- Work with the cloud team on server deployments, configuration, and management.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
User Support and Communication
- Provide technical support to Hong Kong-based users in Cantonese.
- Ensure timely resolution of user incidents and requests.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including AAD, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Windows 365.
- Familiarity with basic network concepts (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
- Understanding of server deployment, configuration, and management.
- Experience with patch management and integration tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required.
- Strong command of English for documentation and communication.

Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional after-hours support and on-call responsibilities.
