JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of change request (CR) management and system implementation within the organization. This role involves management of requirements gathering, analysis, solution design of the support PFS systems, documentation, and sign-off phases. To collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement gathering & Analysis
- Provide Gather stakeholder requirements through user requirement session, q & or workshop. Ensure the requirement is clear, comprehensive and detail.
- Understand the requirement and alignment with business strategy/objective
- Prioritize the requirement based on business value and impact
- Analyze the requirement. Simulate the scenario in UAT environment to understand the current issues or workflow/Operational Manual to understand current state.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Solution Design, Documentation, Review and Sign off
- Create functional specification document with clear, structured user requirement and system functionalities including mock screen (if required)
- Use tools to design process flow model and diagrams
- Implement change control process to manage document and requirement updates
- Design the solution that cover overall structure of the solution, modules and integration, data flow and storage, user experience, security and access right, performance, integration and scalability/flexibility, infra requirement, test environment
- Validate the requirement with users to ensure it is complete and accurate
Timeline, Resource Planning and Monitoring
- Support Identify resources - developer, testers, etc required to perform the development, SIT and UAT test.
- Prepare CR timeline end to end that align with overall timeline/plan based on priority
- Communicate the timeline to all stakeholders
- Monitor the timeline and ensure task complete as planned
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and constraints that may impact to CR scope or implementation
- Perform assessment on the likelihood and potential impact
- Prepare risk mitigation plan to minimize risk. communicated risk to stakeholders and mitigation plan
- Monitor the CR process in overall. Track the status
Quality Assurance
- Work Validate and verify the implemented solutions meet the requirement.
- Collaborate, discuss and clarify with testers on change request, join UV session and verify test result
Vendor Management
- Support Ensure vendor solution align with business needs and objective
- Ensure vendor understand business requirement and the solution meet business needs
- Review vendor's FSD and ensure document are correct and complete
- Assess vendor's performance, deliverables and quality are up to the standard required and agreed.
- Facilitate communication between EPF and vendor during implementation, and ensure that the solution align with business requirement
- Manage timeline and vendor's performance are as per agreed.
- Identify any changes in business requirement that may affect vendor's solution
- Identify potential risks associated with vendor solutions and implementation
- Collaborate and assist vendor for technical knowledge sharing session
Stakeholder Management
- Maintain Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Inform stakeholders any changes to the deliverables or solution and ensure they were informed and agree on any modification/changes
- Gather feedback from stakeholders after project/CR implementation and identify areas of improvement
Deployment & Post Implementation
- Maintain Assist developer in identifying impact upon deployment and communicate on the mitigation plan
- Ensure Knowledge Sharing session happened
- Highlight success, issues and lesson learnt
- Monitor the performance of the implemented change
- Assist in managing any subsequent changes or enhancement that arise from the change request
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications & Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen
- Passed the Malay Language (including oral test) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (minimum CGPA 3.0).
- Minimum 4 - 7 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in cross-functional analysis initiatives.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate complex business needs into solution requirements.
