System Analyst
Involve in full development life cycle of a project or system enhancement (Analysis, design, development, testing and implementation), that meet business requirement within schedule and budget.
Focused on both new initiatives (projects) and system enhancements for retail internet banking application
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
Ensure environment readiness for user testing
Work with various teams involving business, operations and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of all deliverables assigned.
