Job Description

Report to the Managing Director in Hong Kong, he/she will be stationed in the Kuala Lumpur sales & marketing office. He/she will be responsible for the localisation and customisation of mobile enterprise solutions and performing solution design and programming development for the Malaysian market.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical solutions and strategies for mobile/web applications
  • Participate as a technical member of the sales team in promoting the technical features and economic benefits of products and solutions.
  • Drive solution/product assurance at pre-sales and solution/product implementation to ensure a high-quality software release
  • Require engagement with customers during leads generation for determining requirements of solutions needed
  • Plan, design, and communicate solution/product designs and strategies.
  • Prepare proposals and technical documentation
  • Involved in the creation and modelling of solution/product strategies including value propositions, pricing, and margin analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information System, or relevant field experience.
  • Property development and property management relevant experience will be a plus
Additional Information:

  • Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of related industry experience. Startup, building, construction and property management domain knowledge and experience is a plus.
