- Review and verify employees travel and expense claims for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of expense reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies or policy violations.
- Generate regular reports on travel and expense trends for management review.
- Provide guidance and clarification to employees regarding travel and expense policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in travel and expense processes.
- Support the accounting and finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful T&E Analyst Should Have
- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in travel and expense management systems or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing claims and reports.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and employees.
- An understanding of compliance and audit requirements within the retail industry.
