Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Insurance Agent, based in Subang Jaya, with flexible work-from-home options. The role involves promoting and selling Takaful insurance solutions, identifying client needs, providing financial planning advice tailored to customers, and building long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include educating potential clients about Takaful products, ensuring ongoing coverage servicing, and keeping updated with changes in policies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales and negotiation skills to effectively connect with customers and close deals.
• Financial planning and consulting abilities to recommend personalized solutions.
• Basic understanding of Takaful principles and insurance products, with a willingness to learn further.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and comfortable using technology for client interactions and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• A minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
