About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to work on-site at one of our key client offices located in Sunway, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
You will be looking after the Contingent hirings for Malaysia and Singapore area.
An CEI Certificate is needed for the role.
What You will Do
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Senior Leaders, Business head to deeply understand business needs and develop effective, future-proof recruitment strategies.
- Being a strategic advisor and developing strong relationships to maintain quality client delivery and solve client challenges.
- Manage the End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for Contract, Contingent hirings for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Build & Maintain Talent Pipelines by developing strong sourcing networks and utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen & Assess Candidates through comprehensive resume reviews and interviews, evaluating them for technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Deliver an Excellent Candidate Experience by managing proactive communication throughout the interview process and handling offer negotiations.
- Leverage Market Intelligence to stay abreast of local market conditions and share relevant data insights with internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 3 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Certifications: Must be a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) holder.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Work Authorization: Must be a Citizen of Malaysia (visa sponsorship or support is not available for this role).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hiring Focus: Prior experience handling Contingent and Contract Hiring is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Proven track record in stakeholder management and building strong client relationships with Department Heads and HR Directors.
