We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Jr/Sr to join our dynamic HR team in Kuala Lumpur HQ. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles in the organization.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future positions.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify talent within Klang Valley area.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably around Klang Valley.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the SEA region.
