What You'll Do
- Meet with business owners, HR and management teams
- Understand organisational challenges through consultative discussions
- Recommend talent development, leadership, team building and learning solutions
- Build long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio
- Achieve individual sales and business development KPIs through solution-based consulting
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in consultative B2B sales, L&D, HR solutions, talent development or consulting
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a passion for helping organisations succeed
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken, written & reading) is preferred, in addition to English and Bahasa Malaysia
