Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Stewarding is responsible for assisting in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and overseeing the operating equipment inventory.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Team Leader - Stewarding is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning and sanitizing procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
