Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support NPI/HVM manufacturing line in the assembly, testing and evaluation of new Optical Transceiver products.
- Manage special build assembly run, monitor and coordinate WIP movement till job order closure in system and physical.
- Assist team to gather data, disposition, analyze data, failure analysis, root cause and corrective action.
- Assist cross function team on system step routing and transaction.
- Interpret mechanical drawing for measurement analysis.
- Exposure to VMI using low and high scope magnification.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MNC industries, preferably 5 years experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on 12-hours shift, independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
- Good computer literacy, SPC & OPAC knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of MES/shop floor system and product life cycle management.
- Able to work under pressure doing multiple tasks with coordinating and expediate mode.
- Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
- Knowledge in laser components or Optical Transceiver are added advantage.
- Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
