Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and capable Technical Business Analyst to support the planning, analysis, and execution of BeED's SaaS platform and digital ecosystem initiatives.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, software teams, UI/UX designers, and customer-facing departments to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills, technical understanding of SaaS platforms, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Requirements Analysis
2. Technical & System Collaboration
· Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
· Participate in solution discussions, system planning, and feature reviews
· Assist in defining APIs, integrations, workflows, and system behaviours
· Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
3. Product & SaaS Platform Support
· Support the continuous enhancement and optimisation of BeED's SaaS platforms
· Analyse platform usage, user feedback, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
· Contribute to feature enhancement planning and system scalability initiatives
· Ensure solutions align with business goals and user experience expectations
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Act as a bridge between business, product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
· Facilitate discussions, requirement clarification sessions, and project coordination activities
· Ensure clear communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
5. Documentation, Testing & Quality Assurance
· Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and High-Level Design (HLD) documentation
· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validation, and testing activities
· Assist in tracking project progress, issue management, and delivery timelines
· Ensure delivered solutions meet business and functional requirements
6. Research & Innovation
· Stay updated on SaaS, EdTech, AI, and digital transformation trends
· Benchmark competitors, technologies, and industry best practices
· Propose process, system, and workflow improvements to support business growth
Requirements
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Operations, or SaaS solution environments.
2. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow documentation, and functional specification development.
3. Good technical understanding of SaaS platforms, including web/mobile applications, APIs, system integrations, databases, and software development workflows.
4. Experience working closely with engineering, product, UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
5. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation, including:
· User stories
· Functional specifications
· Process flows
· Acceptance criteria
· High-Level Design (HLD) documentation
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions effectively.
7. Experience with tools such as:
· Jira
· Confluence
· Figma
· Other documentation and collaboration platforms
8. Familiarity with:
· Agile/Scrum methodologies
· SaaS product environments
· API and system integration concepts
· User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
9. Experience in process automation, workflow optimisation, and automation-driven system design, including contributing automation logic and scalable workflows within HLDs, business processes, and SaaS operational ecosystems.
10. Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
11. Bachelor's degree in:
