Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Work as Tech Lead for GPP, Sterling B2B Integrator and ESB.
Attend meeting with business for requirements gathering
Involve in Technical design and code review activities.
Lead technical decision discussions
Communicate with stakeholders and provide accurate report to management.
Should lead SIT/UAT test support activities.
Interact with business users for SIT/UAT support and resolve technical gaps between teams.
Review SIT/UAT/Prod deployment packages/Client (Application Installation Guide).
Should have around 10 years experience in IT.
8&plus years of solid experience in Java,J2EE,ESB or Sterling B2B Integrator
Expert in Java or ESQL coding
Excellent trouble shooting skills in IIB/MQ -Message flow, Message set,MQ,ESQL mapping
Should have basic WMQ and WMB admin skills.
Experience in WAS, DB2 and Java is a plus.
Experience in leading small team of developers
Experience in banking IT is a plus.
Out of box thinking and ability to work independently.
Display drive to complete the assignment.
Good analytical, technical, written and communication skills.
Ability to work in a cross cultural team.
A recognized degree in Computer Science / Information Systems, Engineering or its equivalent
Business Change Certification (Preferred)
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (Preferred)
