Technical Support Executive

Position Summary:

Maintain effective communication with branches / Dealers and WTCA / Principal. Monitor and improve after sales operation, warranty, parts & service performance. Ensure all warranty procedures is in accordance with principal guidelines. To resolve branches, dealers complaint issue within acceptable time-frame.

Responsibilities:

• To establish, manage and coordinate proper aftersales SOP and processes, i.e. service administrations, customer database maintenance, warranty process, overall aftersales operation management, etc.
• To be responsible to deal with the customers complaints and act as the window person to deal with Principle's technical team to resolve technical issues in order to meet the customer's satisfaction
• To monitor and ensure timely submission of warranty claims
• To monitor, coordinate and ensure sufficient spare parts supply
• To be flexible in job function and perform any other resonable duties/ad-hoc task which assigned to you.
